I have listed down all the PCB manufacturers whom i came across and i have not had any real working experience with these manufacturers other than PCB Power. I didn’t need to look anywhere else 😉
PCB power is the only PCB manufacturer i have experience working with and i liked the transparency of the process. So far, I have ordered around 20 PCB’s from PCB power. They have a really nice response and the website is so informative and helpful. The more quicker you want the PCB boards the more you have to pay. They have divided their services into three types,
- Power Express: Standard PCB specifications, PCB will be delivered from 24 hrs to 3 days as per your choice.
- Power Verified: Standard PCB specifications, PCB will be delivered from 7 days to 30 days as per your choice.
- Power Demand: Custom PCB specifications, Flexible delivery options.
Just to give you an idea, I was quoted a price of,
Rs.3500/- for 2 layer PCB manufacturing, of 5 pieces, in 10 days, of size 95mm x 65mm
Rs.4900/- for 4 layer PCB manufacturing, of 4 pieces, in 7 days, of size 110mm x 75mm
Rs.3800/- for 4 layer PCB manufacturing, of 4 pieces, in 10 days, of size 110mm x 75mm

Currently, it makes no sense to waste hours creating dozens of logins just to compare prices, choose a PCB manufacturer or none at all.
Mine and many other companies we work with, simply give up immediately after some search on the web.
In my opinion, manufacturers should offer a quote service without the need to create a login.
That’s why we pick manufacturers from China.
