  • Supports 4G LTE Cat-1 and 2G fallback (depending on module)
  • Onboard UART level translator (1.8V ↔ MCU I/O via VTRANS)
  • Analog audio support on MIC and Earphone pins (connect to external amplifier)

Note: SMA connectors and headers are not soldered on the board by default.

Overview

This development board allows rapid prototyping and evaluation of SIMCom A7672 modules with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller platforms.
It offers flexible power input options (12–42V DC or single-cell Li-Po) and supports voice, SMS, and data applications.
Ideal for IoT gateways, remote monitoring, smart meters, and tracking solutions.

  • A7672S-LASE/LASC: Asian LTE Cat-1 + 2G bands
  • A7672E-LASE: European LTE Cat-1 + 2G bands
  • A7672SA-LASE: South American LTE Cat-1 + 2G bands

The A7672 family is a strong 4G alternative to legacy 2G modules (SIM900, SIM800, SIM808) and can serve as a drop-in replacement in many designs.
