Shipping and Returns

Finding Shipping Cost:

Before placing the order customer can verify the shipping options & cost available for their region. To confirm the shipping cost , just add the items you would like to buy to your Shopping cart. Click on “Cart” link at Top- left corner of the webpage.On “cart” page you can the added products with its weight and Total price .There you can find a Button “Check Out” ,just click on it. A page will open with various shipping address and pricing depending upon shipping location you selected.

Domestic Shipping (India):

We ship all our products through Courier (BLUEDART/DTDC/SHREE MARUTI) and SPEEDPOST. The customer can select shipping method on checkout. If customer selected shipping service is not available for that particular location (Very rarely) ,we will use the best possible shipping method to fulfil the order. Depending upon the weight and Destination, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges for different options and the customer can select accordingly. It takes normally 1-6 days to reach to any location in India.

International Shipping:

We normally use DHL/FedEx Courier for international orders which is reliable, fast and trackable shipping method. But we can ship through FEDEX/DHL as well ,if the customers desires so. Charges for this shipping methods start at 50USD and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes normally 2-8 days to reach the Destination.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, Customs duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not hold responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer. Customs are quite different in each country. please comment while you are placing order about the requirements, we will support as much as possible.

Warranty & Out of Warranty:

All items are delivered with standard warranty of minimum 15 Days (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect.If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from date of shipment of any defective product. We will replace or repair the damaged products at free of cost with return shipping prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement,we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace ,we will provide the full refund.

We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high quality product as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 5 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by E-mail to our support department. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue RMA number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer shipping cost prepaid by us. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Changing or Canceling An Order:

Need change something about your order or just want it canceled? You can ask us (by Email only )to change the items on your order, update an address or payment method, or just cancel it. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 2%-3% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order cancelled and refunded.).Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. Valetron Systems reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

Return Guidelines:

Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Generally our web shop predicts accurate shipping charges but in case of any problem or errors we may re-calculate shipping charges and will only dispatch such orders after acceptance from you. If you are not accepting the shipping charges, you will get full refund. The above Shipping time is for best case. Your parcel may get delayed due to custom processing , weather condition or due to any other reason. We do not take any responsibility to deliver the package on time. It completely depends on the service provider.

You are responsible to pay import duties and taxes depending upon your country policies. You are solely responsible for all the taxes incurred. valetron.com is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, and any remaining funds will be refunded to the customer.
